Without a good sustainable food in your life, you will find it harder losing weight as pas. While the exercise is good, only one exercise does a bit of good if you have constantly foods against obstacles and snacks whenever the mood strikes.

If you can take time however, jot down what you eat for about two or weeks and you can more easily locate your low time. If you do not do this, you can just as easily keep a loose track of what your daily habits and adjust accordingly.
For example, if you know that you skip breakfast at home and struck bakers on your way to work, or if you regularly go out for lunch with friends or on your own during your lunch break, you'll have a good idea what your normal eating habits are.
It is the same even if you do not exit. By now you probably know what foods you eat when you eat of the House. It is not very often you vary of these habits, and it is something that could help you long term as well.
What do mean? In addition, think about it. If you are a creature usually in what we eat and most of us are then once you get a food habit that you enjoy and that fits your lifestyle, you are less likely to fall (which is actually your problem today if you think that!).
